We work with therapeutic neuroscience education (TNE) and active self-management which teaches that empowering people to learn about their condition, what is happening and why and learning how to manage it can encourage and support better quality of life.

We will work through a 12 step plan that introduces practical steps and  complimentary strategies to empower you to actively self-manage your pain.
