Grief is a complex emotion. Regardless of why you are experiencing grief, it is a very strong and, quite often, overwhelming. And contrary to popular belief, the stages of grief aren't linear.

 

There are lots of ways to get bereavement support, but because your journey is so unique, it can be difficult to find the support that works for you.

 

That is where I can help. I'm not here to tell you what to do, or how to process your grief. What worked for me probably won't work for you.
