Prices

Prices are correct as detailed but may be subject to alteration at any time without prior notice.

VAT - VAT Relief

Some products may be purchased VAT free by those who are eligible. These products are designed specifically for the relief of illness or disability. VAT Relief is controlled by HM Revenue and Customs and applies only to those products where we display the price both with and without VAT. You can qualify for VAT Relief if you are disabled or chronically sick and are purchasing goods for personal use which are relevant to your disability or illness. To claim VAT Relief you must download the VAT Relief Form, complete in full, sign and return to ourselves prior to your goods being dispatched.

If you are in any doubt as to whether you are eligible to receive goods or service zero rated for VAT please consult VAT Notice 701/7 or contact the National Advice Service on 0845 0101 9000 before signing the declaration.

Carriage

Orders up to £15 will be charged at £3.50. Over £15 will be charged at £6.95. Mainland UK only.

Bulky or Heavier items please ring for advice – 0845 130 1150.

Delivery

We endeavour to deliver most items within 7 working days. However please allow up to 28 days.

Returns

If you want to exchange or return goods we ask you to pay the postage on the item you return to us but we will pay the postage on any items we send back to you. If we make a mistake please ask us to send you a freepost label. Please return goods in original packaging with details of your name and address and reason for exchange or refund.

Please allow up to 7 working days from the day that you return the package to us to process your exchange or refund.
